Stacking, You Don’t Know Jack
I am really good at trivia games, especially irreverent ones. I played a couple of online games while waiting for something to download and ended up completely trashing this one guy twice. Cleverness abounds, I’m enjoying it, and when you really stop and think about it, 73 different episodes is a LOT of content.
Also got Stacking, which…is a weird name for a game. Also it doesn’t make much sense. Sure, it’s about stacking dolls, but they are better known as nesting dolls, aren’t they? Why didn’t they call it Nesting? It’s still confusing, but more provocative of the central concept. Anyway, this game is pretty good; it’s clever, there’s a lot going on, the puzzles require a bit of thought but are still solvable, I like it a lot. The cutscenes are a bit long in the tooth, but otherwise, good. I just like the sense I get when I see a different doll and think, "Oh man, I need to jump in there and figure out what it does." Lots of fun.
