What I Played Today: February 13

California, Transamerica

A few light bites at the game store. California is a very simple placement game which requires a little bit of fakeout and figuring out how your action will affect the others. If you take the money to save up, it makes the tiles cheaper for everyone else, and anyone can end the round and screw others out of the goods. I won because I was able to keep placing decorations before others did, keeping all the guests in my mansion.

Then a game of Transamerica, which I refuse to talk about, because there is nothing to say.
