What I Played Today: July 25

Guild Wars 2, The Binding of Isaac, Crusader Kings II

Guild Wars 2 has some very interesting updates! For example, there is now a PVP match that is inspired by the Hunger Games, which is incredible. You are constantly losing health because you are starving, and you have to eat rations to keep going. You also have a bow, but arrows are in short supply, and there are also traps you can set. If you die, you become a ghost that can haunt the other players, which only tends to create some kingmaker situations. But yeah! This game is great. There's also some dumb aspect arena that I can't figure out, but whatever.

Also played some Binding of Isaac. Apparently one of the items is a cat that gives you nine lives, but you only have one heart in each of those lives, so why bother? Stupid cat.

Also played Crusader Kings II for a hot minute before I got confused and quit. One thing I did manage to figure out is that King Richard the Lionheart straight-up hated his dad, but that was it. Too much information, I need to do the tutorial or something.
