What I Played Today: April 19

Desktop Dungeons

There was an update to a video game, which is a surefire way to make me care about a video game. All video games should have updates, I say. Mega Man X4, if you want me to give a shit, pretend to have an update, and also a reasonable way to play you, because I think the only methodology I have at the moment is a Mega Man Collection on the PS2? Oh, it appears to be on the Playstation Network, so I can download it on my Vita. Why, that's totally something I will do.

Anyway, I played a bit of Desktop Dungeons. I've talked about it before; it's a strategy game that requires paying attention to a bunch of dumb things. Anyway, I'm making a bit of progress, building up my city, unlocking classes, unlocking gods, etc. It's a pretty good idea of a game, I like it, if the humor is a bit basic. I managed to unlock a weird daily dungeon feature, so...good for me. I totally love competing with random nobodies on the Internet.
