Puzzle Quest 2, Record of Agarest War, Civilization V
I played a bunch of one-offs, trying to entertain myself and ultimately not getting very far. I played Puzzle Quest 2, because I keep remembering I have it, but I only got through one fight before I got bored. It’s just fairly meh, I don’t know what the problem is.
Also tried to play Record of Agarest War some more, and was still stuck in the same place, and then I realized that I didn’t have to play this game, so I returned it.
I did win a game of Civilization V though! A game I started over a month ago. This game I concentrated on the cultural victory, which required ramping up the culture so that I could buy new social policies. Once I had five of those completely filled in, I could build the Utopia Project, which is…you know, it wasn’t very specific of what the Utopia Project was. Anyway, once that was built, I had ‘won,’ but the amount of fanfare was really tame. But hey, I actually won a game of Civ V!
