The Resistance, Falling, Tooth and Nail, The Red Dragon Inn
Game night! Some people who I like wanted to try out The Resistance, so we played a five-player game, which was won by the spies, because of course it was. Spies win five-player Resistance, that's the rules. Then numerous games of Falling, which I played as calmly as possible, because I refuse to get excited by Falling.
On the main course, I had acquired a game called Tooth and Nail...somehow. I'm not even sure, I guess I signed up for the Kickstarter? Man, I hope it wasn't expensive, because I'm not enthused. It's this weird game where you have cards that do abilities and stuff, and you attack your opponent, but your opponent doesn't really have any defenses or ways to stop you, and it just feels mechanical and lame. Maybe it's just the standard game, but it doesn't play great with three players. Artwork is fun though. I like the artwork.
Then a game of The Red Dragon Inn, which is always whatever. I lost during a drinking contest. It happens.
