World of Warcraft
I received an e-mail from World of Warcraft saying that I could claim the most recent expansion for free and play for free for seven days. It has been at least two years since I tried to play this game last (although I remember being a bit disappointed that they abandoned their talent system flatout for something incredibly boring), so I downloaded it and played a Paladin up to level 10 because why not? The game seems fine still. It's still World of Warcraft. I am nowhere close to all the "interesting" stuff, I know, but I figure if I play from the bottom up all the changes they made would make a little more sense.
