New Super Mario Bros. Wii, Caesary
Okay, so that idle browser game that I’m playing for some stupid reason got kinda stupid today, when I found out that I was attacked by some jackass a good 20 times, killing all my dudes, and then suddenly taking over my main city. I still had my main city, it was just apparently under his control now and I had to pay him. Luckily, he didn’t actually leave any troops to defend the city, and I could just click a button to take back the city, but it was just disconcerting to come back and find out that some jerk decided that what I worked on for a couple of days was his now.
I also got New Super Mario Bros. Wii in the envelope (gah, there are two many words in that title), and I must say how exceptionally unimpressed I am. It’s a 2D platformer, and the fact that I’ve played them for years and it’s pretty much the same thing, only the flying and the swimming outfit look stupider. Yes, stupider than the raccoon leaf. I also don’t like the Wiimote interactions, because I really don’t want to have to spaz out when playing video games, I’ve gotten past that stage. I am glad to see the Koopalings back, because they are awesome and a lot less annoying than Bowser Jr. I hate the hell out of Bowser Jr. Every time I see his whiny face I want to punch it, which is good, I guess, because I usually get a chance to. But good on letting the Koopalings get a chance to do stuff again.
